These terms apply to the use of danamark.dk and to the services provided by DANAmark Solidaritet (CVR 45188981), a Danish volunteer-led association based in Copenhagen.
Services: memberships, event registrations, T-shirt sales, raffle purchases and donations, all in support of humanitarian causes.
Payments: processed by Stripe. Registration is confirmed only after the payment is captured.
Refunds: for event registrations, refunds are handled on request up to seven days before the event; membership fees and raffle purchases are non-refundable unless the raffle is cancelled by the organiser, in which case a full refund is issued.
Governing law: Danish law. Any dispute is subject to the ordinary Danish courts of Copenhagen.
